Support Services Group is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Sales Coordinator. 

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of sales strategies, processes, and client interactions within the IB Account, with a focus on upselling products such as Mobile, Fiber, Number Portability, and more. This role supports the IBR team East and West, promotes customer satisfaction, and contributes to achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities

Manage Sales Operations:

  • Oversee daily sales activities to make sure they align with client goals.
  • Track and manage sales leads, ensuring proper follow-up and conversion

Client Communication:

  • Build strong relationships with IBR clients, addressing concerns and issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates and sales reports to clients, ensuring transparency.

Sales Strategy & Reporting:

  • Analyze call results, performance trends and sales data to help shape sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales progress and ensure targets are being met.
  • Create and share reports on sales performance with the team and client.
  • Sales training and support to the training team especially for new hires
  • Assist with sales forecasting using current data and trends to predict future sales.

Incentives and Promotions:

  • Design and manage sales incentives and promotional campaigns.
  • Keep the sales team informed about current promotions and incentives.
  • Track the success of promotions and make adjustments to improve results.

Ensure Compliance and Quality:

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure high-quality customer interactions and accurate documentation.

Customer Feedback & Retention:

  • Gather customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to quickly resolve any customer issues.
  • Develop retention strategies to reduce churn and maintain long-term customer relationships.
