What you will do as a Client Care Associate:
- Handles all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Answers inbound customer calls and effectively responds to clients’ inquiries.
- Ensures the resolution of client concerns/inquiries, whenever possible.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work on night shift, shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
- With or without BPO experience
- With financial account experience is an advantage
- With good to excellent communication skills
- Able to work on-site
