About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your primary focus will be identifying, pursuing, and cultivating relationships with potential partners, clients, and markets to expand our business reach and revenue. This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for growth, assess industry trends, and develop entry strategies for new markets.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients or partners by leveraging various channels, including networking, events, referrals, and research.
  • Partnership Development: Initiate and nurture strategic relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders to open new revenue streams and enhance business reach.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up with prospects to achieve targets.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs, regularly track performance metrics, and prepare reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and manage complex projects.
