Position Overview:

Support Services Group is looking for Customer Service Agents who will play a key role in building lasting relationships with our customers by providing excellent service. You will assess customer needs, offer solutions to inquiries, resolve order and shipping issues, place orders through our system, and create incident tickets when needed. Requirements:

- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service or related role.

- Strong time management and system navigation skills.

- Clear and effective communication in written and spoken English.

- A customer-first attitude with excellent active listening skills.

- Confidence in driving conversations and handling objections.

- Problem-solving abilities with an empathetic, solution-oriented mindset.
