Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our dialer system to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement high-impact dialing strategies to maximize productivity.
  • Oversee outbound campaigns, manage lists, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to drive improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to TCPA, DNC, and other industry regulations to protect consumer rights.
  • Administer dialer settings, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT and vendors.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in dialer management or contact center operations.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in dialer systems, SIP/SIM management, and campaign tools, along with TCPA/DNC knowledge.
